01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the po999 website accessible at https://po999.io, including all sub-pages, features, betting markets, casino games, and associated services.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or otherwise uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal betting and gaming account created by a Player upon successful completion of the po999 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money funds and, where applicable, separately designated bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or matched deposit bonuses credited to an Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total volume of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, crash game, or any other product offered on the Platform.
• "Settlement" means the process by which the result of a Wager is determined and the corresponding payout or deduction is applied to the Player's Account Balance.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by po999 before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain Platform features.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" / "BST" means UTC+6, the official time zone of Bangladesh, which governs all time-stamped actions on the Platform.

02 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the po999 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms & Conditions supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and po999 relating to the subject matter hereof. If you access the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person to these terms.

po999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, po999 will notify registered Players via the contact details held on file no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the po999 Platform is subject to the following strict eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout the duration of your Account:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. po999 is strictly an adult platform and maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling. Age verification documentation will be requested during KYC procedures and may be requested at any time.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in Bangladesh at the time of accessing the Platform and placing Wagers. po999 targets the Bangladesh market exclusively and does not accept players from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law. Individuals under any legal disability or court-imposed restriction on their financial affairs are not eligible to hold an Account.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded from po999 or any other gambling platform, or be subject to any mandatory exclusion order. If you have previously self-excluded and attempt to re-register, po999 reserves the right to close the new Account immediately and withhold any funds deposited during the exclusion period.
• Single Account: You may hold only one (1) registered Account on po999. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed upon detection. Balances across duplicate accounts may be consolidated at po999's sole discretion, with any bonus funds forfeited.

04 Account Registration & Verification

To use the wagering and casino services offered by po999, you must create a registered Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. po999 will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

po999 operates a KYC verification programme. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform:

• A government-issued national identity document (National ID Card) or valid passport bearing your photograph.
• A utility bill, bank statement, or mobile wallet statement dated within the last three (3) months confirming your current residential address in Bangladesh.
• A screenshot or transaction record from your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account demonstrating ownership.
• Any additional documentation that po999's compliance team deems necessary to satisfy its anti-money-laundering obligations.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or temporary Account restriction until verification is completed to po999's satisfaction.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. po999 will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify po999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

05 Deposits & Payment Methods

po999 accepts deposits exclusively via the following payment methods, all denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳):

• bKash personal and merchant wallet transfers
• Nagad digital financial services
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking)
• Upay digital wallet

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no stated maximum deposit limit, though po999 reserves the right to apply account-level deposit limits at its discretion, particularly where responsible gaming considerations apply or where a Player has requested deposit limits under the Responsible Gaming tools.

Deposits are credited to your po999 Account Balance in real time or within sixty (60) seconds of confirmed payment, subject to the processing times of the respective payment service provider. po999 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, individual payment service providers may apply their own service charges, for which po999 accepts no responsibility.

All funds deposited into a po999 Account must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate KYC review. Any funds identified as originating from third-party sources may be held pending investigation and returned to the source account.

po999 may, from time to time, offer deposit bonuses or matched-deposit promotions. Such offers are subject to the Bonus & Promotions terms set out in Section 7 of this document and any additional conditions published alongside the specific promotion.

06 Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available real-money funds from their Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is ৳1,000.
• The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used to fund the Account during the most recent deposit cycle, unless otherwise approved by po999 support.
• KYC verification must be complete and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to active Bonus Funds must be fulfilled before the corresponding winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• po999 targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) to thirty (30) minutes for bKash and Nagad, and up to two (2) hours for Rocket and Upay, measured from the point of internal approval. These are target times, not guarantees, and may be exceeded during periods of high transaction volume or system maintenance.

po999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, including requesting supporting documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where po999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the Player will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before any final determination is made.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

po999 offers various promotions to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above who have completed KYC verification unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time window specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements by the specified deadline will be removed from the Account Balance without compensation.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your Account Balance. Real-money funds are used first for wagering unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bets placed at minimum odds, on markets excluded from bonus wagering, or using cash-out functions may not count toward wagering requirements. Players should review the specific promotion terms carefully before placing bonus wagers.
• po999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the offer is being abused or if technical or regulatory reasons require it.
• Any Player found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or coordinated bonus farming — will have their Account suspended and any bonus-related winnings forfeited.

08 Betting & Gaming Rules

All Wagers placed on the po999 Platform are governed by the game-specific and sport-specific rules published within each respective game or market interface. In the event of any conflict between those specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific rules shall prevail.

The following general betting rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• All Wagers are final once confirmed by the system and may not be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where a Cash Out feature is available and the Player exercises that option within the permitted window.
• po999 reserves the right to void any Wager where it was accepted in error, where incorrect odds or market data were displayed due to a technical fault, or where the outcome of an event has been affected by match-fixing or other irregular activity.
• Payout calculations are based on the odds displayed at the time the Wager was confirmed. po999 does not accept liability for discrepancies arising from display errors on the Player's device.
• In the event of a cricket match, football fixture, or other sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in accordance with the applicable sport's governing body rules, po999 will settle affected markets in accordance with the specific sport's betting rules published on the Platform.
• Live (in-play) bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay to prevent exploitation of data feed latencies. po999 reserves the right to reject in-play bets placed after the outcome of a specific ball, over, or event is already determined but before the data feed has updated.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are published within the respective market interfaces and may be updated periodically.

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the po999 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or providing false personal information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated betting software, bots, algorithms, or any other mechanical or electronic device to place Wagers or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or data feed latencies to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt influence over the outcome of any event offered on the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any poker, live casino, or peer-to-peer game offered on the Platform.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform in connection with any unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage betting designed to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome in a manner that exceeds normal recreational betting activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to place Wagers on your behalf.
• Using the Platform in a manner that interferes with, disrupts, or damages po999's technical infrastructure, servers, or security systems.

10 Responsible Gaming

po999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to help Players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account settings dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, further Wagers will be declined until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure pop-up reminders at set intervals (30, 60, 90, or 120 minutes) to prompt awareness of time spent on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary Account restriction of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, login access will be suspended and no Wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a permanent self-exclusion, which closes the Account indefinitely. To request self-exclusion, contact support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum of six (6) months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the po999 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, software code, game interfaces, text, images, and the po999 brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of po999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of po999.

Game content provided by third-party studio partners — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to po999 for display on the Platform. Players may not reproduce, record, stream, or otherwise exploit this game content outside of normal gameplay.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, po999 shall not be liable to any Player for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical repairs, force majeure events, or failures in third-party infrastructure including payment service providers, telecommunications networks, or internet service providers.
• Any loss arising from the Player's own reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, market data, or game statistics, which are provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors or delays.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit po999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Where po999 is found liable for a claim brought by a Player, the maximum aggregate liability of po999 to that Player in respect of all claims arising in any twelve (12) month period shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in that same twelve-month period.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

po999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and is available at po999.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also confirm your acceptance of the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by po999 includes registration information, KYC documents, payment records, betting history, device identifiers, and IP addresses. This data is used for Account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support, and service improvement purposes.

po999 applies industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect Player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions, encrypted data storage, and strict internal access controls. po999 does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data po999 holds about them, to request correction of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of their data subject to applicable legal retention obligations. Such requests should be submitted in writing to [email protected].

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction from which po999 operates.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and po999 relating to the settlement of a Wager, the application of these Terms & Conditions, or any other matter related to the Platform, the following process shall apply:

1. Initial Contact: The Player should first contact po999 Customer Support at [email protected], providing full details of the dispute including the relevant Account username, date and time of the event in question, and the nature of the complaint. po999 will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time).
2. Formal Review: If the initial support response does not resolve the dispute to the Player's satisfaction, the Player may escalate the matter to po999's Compliance Team by requesting a formal review in writing. A written determination will be provided within fourteen (14) calendar days of the escalation request.
3. Final Determination: po999's written determination following formal review shall constitute the Platform's final position on the dispute. po999 shall not be bound by any determination made by a third party unless it has expressly agreed in writing to submit to that body's jurisdiction in respect of the specific dispute.

Nothing in this Section limits a Player's right to pursue remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws. po999 is committed to fair dealing and will engage in good faith with all legitimate Player complaints.
